The Challenge
With a new Shopify eCommerce platform in place, customers struggled to find products efficiently, creating an immediate need to improve search performance and product discoverability.
The Solution
I implemented a multi-channel approach.
Product descriptions and metadata were optimized to enhance search accuracy and SEO, supporting Shopify funnel performance with 10–30% of sessions progressing to checkout, with daily conversion rates of ~5% to over 20% on high-intent days.
In parallel, 14 rebranded email campaigns delivered 16,289 emails, generating 5,241 opens (34% open rate) and 282 clicks, providing a steady source of qualified traffic.
Targeted on-site banners and promotions guided customers toward priority products and supported conversions across the new Shopify store.
